Introduction
Welcome to our engagement website which sets out our proposals for land to the south of Corn Hall Oast, Cranbrook.
We are in the process of preparing a detailed planning application for land to the south of Corn Hall, Cranbrook, for residential development of 36 new homes and open space.
Our consultation with residents and stakeholders is part of our wider engagement with other stakeholders, which has included discussions with:
- Tunbridge Wells Borough Council Planning, Design and Landscape Officers
- Kent County Council Highways
- Kent County Council as Lead Local Flood Authority
- Cranbrook and Sissinghurst Parish Council
We will shortly be submitted our planning application to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. Ahead of this we are inviting residents to view of proposals.
The purpose of this website is to provide information on our proposals and seek comments from residents. The consultation is open from 26 January 2026 to 9 February 2026.
